We at Gearheart Communications, Inc. are taking the directive of the PSC, State, and National Government and will be closing our lobby to the public while closely monitoring all warnings and direction for the protections of our Employees, Customers, Community and Country.

Beginning Tuesday 3/17/2020, Our lobbies will be temporarily closed to the public and only open to employees, until further notice. While our lobby is closed, we are still able to provide you with excellent customer care and service as provided below:

2) View your bill and pay online. Go to gearheart.com If you don’t have an e-care account one of our customer service reps can help you. 606-478-9401 8 am – 4:30 pm
3) Visit a drive through window at our main office or payment center at Harold 8 am – 4:30 pm We are asking all employees to respect their selves, their families, and their fellow employees by staying home if sick, especially if experiencing fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, until they have been tested or cleared.

Before a Tech will be sent to a customer’s home for a service call or install, the customer will have to answer questions to limit the risk of our employee. If there is a risk, the service call may be rescheduled. If it is an emergency, managers will evaluate and take special precautions before the tech can be sent out.

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, we may reschedule your service call:
a) Have you traveled outside of the US in the last 14 days?
b) Have you been in contact with a coronavirus patient or been in an area where there are known coronavirus cases?
c) Have you, or anyone in the home, had or do you or a household member currently have, a fever, cough, or trouble breathing, now or within the last 14 days?

HELP US keep you, our employees, our communities, and families as safe as possible by giving us reliable information about the health of the household prior to sending a tech for install or repair. Please also make sure that areas where techs are to work inside the home are disinfected and clean. We want our techs protected and the other customers and families in the community to which may also need services, especially the elderly and those with other health issues.
