TIPS TO REBOOTING YOUR DTA BOX FOR INTER MOUNTAIN CABLE:
These will help expedite you getting your IMC service back up and running. Please do this first and then call our Help Desk at 1.800.635.7052 to reboot your DTA box.

Unplug the box from power and wait 10 seconds, plug the box back in and the light should flash, wait for the service interruption message.
Take the DTA remote and aim at the box, press and hold the INFO button (bottom right on the remote) this will take the DTA into Diag mode. From here press 1379 on the remote, when entered correctly it will reboot the DTA. The DTA will now show searching and count from 1 to 100. After this it will say one moment please your service needs to be activated.
If the box doesn’t say Cisco on it then it is a Evolution. Follow these steps and then call our Help Desk for the Box Refresh.
When you call the Help Desk please let them know that you have already rebooted the DTA Box.
