Digital Phone Porting Request
Inter Mountain Cable understands that you may have been experiencing technical difficulties with our Digital Phone service and you are requesting that we port your existing number to a different provider. With an new service there are minor difficulties that you may experience that others may not. Before you decide to switch to another provider, please keep in mind that we will do what ever we can to solve whatever issues that you are currently having with your Digital Phone Service. (You need to report the issue so that we can get a technician to your residence to repair your Digital Phone).
By filling out the requested information below, you are requiring that Inter Mountain Cable port your existing number to another provider. By completing the required fields you are also requesting service from Inter Mountain Cable that may institute a breach-of-contract of up to $125.00 for cancellation of services. Before you move forward please review your contract agreement or give us a call at 1.800.635.7052.
