
Inter Mountain Cable Broadband Maintenance Plan
Inter Mountain Cable has a Broadband Maintenance Plan that will help you keep your High Speed Cable Broadband service working the way it was originally configured and installed, “BLAZING-FAST!”
If you call us in the future and have trouble with your Inter Mountain Cable High Speed Broadband service that was caused by moving the original connection, hooking other equipment on the network, etc. and any other trouble caused by the customer, we will charge a premise visit charge of $30.00 for Residence and $40.00 for a business.
Any additional labor will be billed in 15 minute increments as follows:
- 1st Fifteen Minutes: $17.50
- 2nd Fifteen Minutes: $12.50
- Increments of Fifteen Minutes thereafter: $10.00 each
To avoid paying for this premise visit charge we now have a Broadband Maintenance Plan.
If you have any problems with your Inter Mountain Cable Broadband services we will do an analysis and tell you what is wrong. We will replace filters and add additional filters if required (actual cost of additional filters are extra). Inter Mountain Cable will rearrange filters if jacks were moved and verify cable connections. We will re-enter IP information, reconfigure settings on the computer, and re-enable NIC Cards.
Jack installations and router issues will be charged separately.
