The big story is that John Calipari’s face making words into microphones. The presser was aired on Kentucky Sports Mob Radio Blog yesterday, and after watching the video I come to this conclusion, "Calipari is INCREDIBLE" and here is basically what happened during the press conference:

1. Coach Cal speaks as if Jody Meeks is indeed coming back to the Wildcat's for his Senior Year, WOW! At least that’s what John Clay thinks (he has been right so far). I certainly hope that this is the case, and if it is, Kentucky will be ranked in the top three at the beginning of next season, even without the addition of John Wall.

2. Calipari Thinks we can get to the top of the Basketball Mountain again! Awesome!

*Word is around the horn that Calipari wants a BIG event for UK Basketball to be held in Commonwealth Stadium and wondered if the 70,000 seats could be filled for the event...MY ANSWER IS, YES! Wonder if Coach Cal is thinking about Midnight Madness at Commonwealth...PLLLLEEEEAAAAAASSSSEEE, that would be UNBELIEVABLE!

*Luke Winn has reported that John Wall’s “handlers” have his list whittled down to UK, Duke, and Miami. Old news, yes? Rick Bozich is confused as to why Miami is on the list of three.

*2010 recruit Adreian Payne will be visiting UK this weekend, at least according to a thread that seemed perfectly legitimate on TCP. And by “perfectly legitimate,” I mean it hasn’t devolved into character assaults as of 10:40 p.m. Wednesday night. Payne has offers from several schools, including UK, Pitt, UT, and Xavier. He’s currently the 8th-ranked player and second-ranked center in his class, which includes Dominique Ferguson and Josh Smith.
